The House
We call our home "Casa Montana" and this rental includes 2 living structures (the "Rancho" outdoor kitchen palapa) and the separate private suites (Casa and Cabanas). Also included is your very own pool and on-site groundskeeper.
The property is located on top of a small knoll that is 1110 square meters (approximately 3/4 acre) in size. It has views of the Pacific Ocean, surrounding hills and rainforest and is approximately 900 feet from the beach (about a four minute walk).
The Rancho:
A 18' x 24' indigenous open-air "palapa" style wood patio structure that is the hub of the home. It includes an open kitchen, living, and dining area along with open-air hammocks and cots and views to beach. This building is immediately adjacent to the pool.
The Casa and Cabanas:
This building is a partial two-story structure consisting of one big room on the main level (a tile floored garage/storage/bunk-house room.) and an upstairs master suite with private bath. The Cabanas (attached to the Casa) consist of 4 attached suites of similar construction, each with their own bath and hammock porches. There are two outside showers, a recreational equipment station (surf/fishing/snorkeling gear), and a 1/2 bath to service pool users.

The Pool:
The pool is approximately 20' x 30' and fully tiled with shallow and deep areas.
Additional Sleeping Areas:
There are 2 additional sleeping areas in the loft over the Rancho.
Full Time Caretaker:
A full time on-site caretaker lives on the property and is available to assist guests during their stay.
Housecleaning/Maid-Service:
Daily maid and cleaning service is included in the rental of this property.
Cook/Child Care:
Daily assistance with cooking and/or child-care is available upon request. Cost for both services is $180/week.
